| I know this is really gay, but I really love that new show Glee. My sister always records them and I watch them whenever I can and I always go download songs from the episode after. I love the mash-ups! Like It's My Life/Confessions. What a fag. lol

| Had a busy weekend! Friday worked, saturday had Head of the Hooch all day til about 6pm. Our race that day was pretty bad. Then went on a date which was fun but i'm not sure i'm feelin it. This morning had another race in the Hooch and we did SO good! It felt awesome. Unfortunately we didn't medal but we were so close. Got 4th place out of 16) and our time was great and I still feel really great about it. We did our best and gave it our all and that's all we can do and i'm proud that we did so well. And now i'm finishing all of this crap up for Psych. Gotta finish my care plan, my patient interaction assignment, and finish the evaluation of my patient interview video. Got a busy week ahead! Working monday wednesday friday and saturday. Last Pharm test before the final wednesday and out to teach Psych patients about Diabetes on thursday. We've been working on that project all semester and I will be so relieved when it's over! As for rowing, the fall season is officially over and indoor is beginning. We'll be working out with ergs or weights every day before the indoor championship sometime in January. Hopefully all these workouts will get me looking even better. My body has come a long way just in the last couple months but I haven't had a whole lot of time to do supplemental workouts in addition to going out on the water everyday. I do get in at least a couple a week but it's hard. So this should bring me a long way. I really want to lose and keep off at least 5 pounds because I want to be able to start a lightweight boat and right now i'm right on the edge of making weight. I think you need to be under 165 and i'm usually 162-164. So I just want to keep off a few more pounds so there are no unexpected surprises at weigh-ins right before a race! So anyway i'm burned as hell. And only 2 1/2 weeks before thanksgiving break! And as soon as we get back is finals week. It's finally almost here. Just keep swimming..or erging..or rowing.

| Since I have a test tomorrow, it is of course prime time to update. I had a regatta on saturday (halloween!) in Oak Ridge. We did ok. I got medals in both of my races. Super exciting. But it sucked because we were outside from 730am to about 6pm and most of the time it was raining and freezing. So of course now my nose won't stop leaking. After we got back I went to a halloween party and dressed up as the best doctor ever (beer and cigarettes in pocket). Drank and had fun with the rowers and a bunch of other people I didn't know. Then worked on sunday and we had a STEMI come in and I could see it on the EKG and it made me feel super smart. So today just had class and went to the gym and now having a nice glass of wine (found a liquor store that's closing and selling everything at cost!). This week is a little busy because it's care plan week. Have to write my psych care plan and another assignment and then do a 20 minute recording as me being a nurse interviewing another student playing a psych patient. Will be glad when that's done because that's basically it for clinicals after that's over. Now just a test a week til thanksgiving (3 weeks away!) then big scary final week. I'm not stressing too much though. I signed up for yoga for next semester. I've decided that, in addition to rowing, i'm going to do one phys ed type class a semester til I graduate. Maybe water aerobics or scuba diving or racquetball or kayaking the semesters after that. So much fun stuff! Ok back to studying
